What Should I Wear to the Reunion?

     I hope you all are getting excited about our upcoming 50th class reunion. The response has been absolutely amazing.

      There has been some discussion within our class community concerning the dress code for Greenbrier Country Club (GCC). The club adheres to a strict dress code for club members and their events. However, since we are renting their facility, this does NOT apply to our reunion, but we do want to represent our class and the legacy of Deep Creek High School in the best possible way while we are there. 

 

     We encourage classmates to dress nicely (in casual, relaxed attire). We will be taking a group class photo, and want the class to look our best (it’s beginning to sound like school picture day, LOL!). Of course, if you want to dress it up a bit, that’s acceptable and totally up to you!

 

     Recent questions have centered around whether we can wear denim. To answer simply, yes. There is no restriction on denim for our event, but we would appreciate it if you wear jeans, to ensure that they are nice-looking and do not have holes, rips, or tears. 

 

     GCC has been a pleasure to work with in planning and preparing for our evening and has been extremely responsive to all our questions and needs.  Dressing in casual, relaxed attire is the least we can do to show our respect for their club. 

 

     We will see you on November 1st!
