The deadline for submitting payment with checks ended on Oct. 10th due to mail taking approximately 5-6 days to arrive from Chesapeake. Our deadlines were necessary to allow time for mail to arrive, checks to clear the bank (1-2 days) so we can meet the upcoming cutoff date with Greenbrier Country Club for submitting our final numbers. We regret any inconvenience.
